Lou's Decor Ideas

Hello Lovelies!! So this past weekend I have been busy painting my soon to be, "home sweet home," and I couldn't help but let my imagination wander with the many ways I could decorate my new place. I am so excited that I have been dreaming of decor. Is there something wrong with me?

I am loving all of the fun bright colors that are incorporated here. I am a major thrifter, and when I find a knik knack with character I simply cant pass it up. I have so many decorative pieces that just need a little face lift and a home. You can go a long way with a can of spray paint, painters tape and a bookshelf. I have kept the paint on my walls a very neutral light grey, I want all of the colors to do the talking.

So there are just a few of my ideas! I cant wait to finish painting so I can move in and explore my decorating options. xx. Lou

  7. Ooo I like the polka dotted wall! I was working on my new bookshelves this past weekend, and thought I wasn't really going to organize stuff by color. Lo and behold, the whole thing is now organized by color, whoops!

  8. I love everything you've pulled together here–especially that polka dot wall! I was a major thrifter when it came to my apartment too–I only bought my couches, and furnished the entire thing with finds from friends and family that I made over. I'm pretty proud of that!
